Click on
the Netviewer-Image below to start the connection:

download windows will appear. Click on the «Run» button.

If
a second window appears, click again «Run» or «Execute».

A
small Netviewer window open and ask you for a «Session number», enter the number,
given from your supporter.

Be
sure that your firewall do not block the Netviewer program, otherwise close the
firewall during the Netviewer session.
